Hello world!

Before I flew to Japan, I spent a lot of time getting to know the local culture - whether through books, learning the language, or watching movies on the internet. I didn't suspect that I could still be surprised by something. However, as is often the case, life challenged my views. I thought for a long time about whether to start a blog. Time passed, and I - whether out of laziness or perhaps a failure to adapt to new conditions - hesitated. However, here it is at last! My first post.

So what will this blog be about? Mainly about Japan, although I do not rule out other types of posts, and in the future - who knows? But returning to the present, I am glad to take this first step, and I am happy that you stopped by to read what I have to say.
